Overview

Our aim was to help patients with chronic kidney disease make lifestyle changes to delay the progression of their condition and their need for dialysis treatment. We designed an app that helps them make healthier decisions by learning about their condition and tracking their blood pressure, which is a key indicator of disease progression. I joined the project during the build phase and worked across user experience and research.
